Products will only be delivered once payment has been received and verified.  Prices shown reflect payment by credit card, and prices are listed, and debited in United States Dollars.   Payments made in other currencies and by other methods may incur additional fees (e-mail
webmaster@vastdream.com  for specific details which may apply to you).  Wherever shipping is included by standard means, generally UPS; express delivery, where available and requested, will incur extra charges - please e-mail for specific details.

We are web-based, discount suppliers,  we do not accept personal visitors without prior appointment. 
Orders normally take 7-10 working days before arriving with the customer (depending on delivery address).  In some cases, depending on specific circumstances,  items may take as long as 28 days to arrive at your door.  We will advise you as to an expected delivery date by return e-mail upon your ordering.

Legality of Products and Use - All products sold by us in this jurisdiction (United States of America) are legal for the use intended i.e for educational or amusement value.  Other uses may constitute a violation of the law, so please use our products carefully - we cannot be held responsible for your actions; International customers are advised to check local regulations governing the legality of equipment and its use before ordering - we cannot be held responsible for laws in other jurisdictions.  For example, some Nightvision units (the 2nd Generation units) cannot be sold outside the U.S. legally.

Returns Policy - Products purchased off the VASTDREAM.com website are typically warranted through the manufacturer and/or supplier against defects.  Warranty terms and conditions vary by manufacturer or supplier.  For defective items, contact the warranty provider for repair or replacement.  Due to the nature of the products and business, and considering that you're buying the merchandise at wholesale prices, not retail, we do not accept returns at all.  Do not ship products back to us -- any products that are shipped back to us will be refused and not accepted.  Remember, unless otherwise specifically stated, these products are BRAND NEW at wholesale prices.  All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, all goods sold by us are Sales Final (i.e we will not give refunds for items that are no longer required by the customer).   This does not affect the customers rights to make a claim with item's Manufacturer with regard to goods, found upon inspection by the customer to be faulty, in which case the Manufacturer would repair/replace/refund as appropriate. 

The customer is responsible for returning the product(s) in question to the Manufacturer in otherwise perfect condition, and we recommend that any returns made to the Manufacturer be both insured and registered.  While every effort is made to provide accurate specifications, products may vary in appearance from those displayed on our site.

Liability - Our total and complete liability in any matter will not exceed the cost of the item in question, paid to vastdream.com by the customer.  This obligation extends only to the original purchaser of the product(s) and not to any third party.

What about your Customer Privacy Policy?

Any and all PERSONAL INFORMATION that you supply to us by placing an order with VASTDREAM.com, either by online secure link, by fax or phone, will be held in confidence.  We DO NOT and WILL NOT SELL or GIVE OUT your information to any individual or company.  Your privacy is very important to us and the information you supply to us will be kept in the strict confidence of our company ONLY.  This is our company GUARANTEE TO YOU for your privacy.

Methods of Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We provide you with several options.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit (or debit) cards -- this is by far the fastest way to place your order.  We also accept payment on most items through
PayPal (see below for more details). 

Should you wish to pay by U.S. Cashier Checks, U.S. Money Orders or Bank-Wire
Transfer for payment, please contact webmaster@vastdream.com for pre-approval and bank-wire/transfer instructions.  Paying by U.S. Cashier Checks and U.S. Money Orders will delay your order a few days due to postal delivery time-frames.  We also accept personal checks, but there is at least a 7-10 business day process delay to make sure the funds clear the bank before we ship your products.  There is no guarantee the product will still be available due to the time delay of processing your personal check.  We do not ship your products until payment is received in full.

What is the best method for paying for my order?
Credit or debit card payment is best.

Why is credit or debit card best?
Using a credit card will allow your order to be processed as soon as we can see that the card has sufficient funds.  It is a secure method of paying for items.

Look for the closed padlock icon in the bottom tray of your window or the "s" in the "shtml" in the url listing in the location listing near the top of the page to show that you are on a secure page.

Placing My Order

Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me via the US Postal System?
We do not have a catalog as it would be outdated by the time you received it.  The Products available on vastdream.com are always changing.  So, by the time you received it, the products could be sold out.  That's why it's good to check back frequently for new offers.

What can I do to see your products or a product list?
Your best way is to just look on our web site and see the most up to date price list.
You can print it out if you like by following the instructions below, near the bottom of the page.

Will I have trouble placing my order?
Just follow the steps as they go in order and it shouldn't be a problem.

How do I order more than 1 (one) of an item or change the quantity ordered?
To order more than one item (or change the quantity for any reason) is really simple; select the item you want, and then on the bottom of the product information box, just before the "Add to Cart" button, is a selection box,  click on the down arrow to the right of the number 1 in the little window, and you will see more numbers.  Just click on the quantity that you want - but remember they are case quantities.

Or, if you have your Add To "Shopping Cart" page up and decide to order more of an item, then just follow the instructions on the page to add an item.  When you change the quantity, highlight the current quantity number in the little window, type in your new quantity number, and then "click" on the "Change Quantities" button and your subtotal will automatically update.


About my Order

Why is something not available after I saw it on your site and placed my order?
There are various reasons why some items are not available after you order:

Some of the items we offer are close-out and/or limited quantity items, and if someone places an order ahead of you, the item could simply be "out" by the time your order is placed.  We make every effort to keep our Stores/Shopping site up to date, but occasionally this happens.

There may only be a limited supply remaining and someone ahead of you ordered the remaining stock.

You may have a page bookmarked or marked as a favorite, that is stored on your hard drive and is not necessarily updated/refreshed with the latest information form our website.  To be sure, just load the page directly from the links on our home page.

Your credit card may have insufficient funds.  By the time we contact you and get another card number, the item can sell out.

Why haven't I received my order when I thought it should be delivered?
There are a few reasons why this could happen:

Delays do occur in shipping, so wait one more day.  If there is a weekend involved, wait till your delivery time on Monday and see if the items arrive.

Your order could be lost in shipment, we will gladly look up the tracking number for you and find out where the shipment is.


Shipping

Why are my shipping charges different than what is shown on my check out page?
Your shipping charges are estimated and may vary from that shown.  If that is the case
then we will call you first and let you know before shipping your order.  If we can't reach
you by phone, then we will e-mail you and let you know before shipping your order.

Can you ship to a country other than the USA?

Yes, we do ship to other countries other than the USA, but shipping costs may be higher so it
is best to email or call us first with your order, asking us to determine the shipping costs.  Also, there are some products/items (like 2nd Generation Night Vision devices, etc.) that can't legally be shipped outside the country without special approval of the U.S. Government.


Why would anyone sell products like these so cheap?

We are a wholesaler and our main objective is to provide you with quality products at wholesale, discount prices.  Prices do not include shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Do these products have warranties?

Most products come with a limited warranty through the manufacturers/suppliers.
  Warranties vary between products and is generally stated on the product information page.  Should you need to return a product in the future that requires servicing, and comes with a limited warranty, follow the instructions on that specific product's warranty card.  Do not return the product directly to us.  We do not accept nor do we service them.

Is there anything wrong with this product, is it damaged?

Absolutely Not.  Unless otherwise specified on the ad, these items are
brand new, quality products and are NOT factory serviced, returns or damaged.

Do you have limited quantities on products?

Sometimes, because our prices are excellent and we find a great deal on a product, in some cases the supply is limited and when the product sells-out, that's all there is.  For that reason,
all products shown are subject to prior sale, and we want you to know this to save you disappointment when you find a product you want and come back another day to find out that the supply is gone.  Of course, we'll always try to restock the item if possible.

Do you get new special's all the time?

Our site is regularly updated with good deals and different products, hand-picked for our demanding customers. .

How long do you have these products in stock?

We access manufacturer's inventories regularly.  When they run out of supply or change the product line, we run out as well.  The prices we offer can cause products to move quickly as well.  So, there is no way we can guarantee how long a given item will be available.  However, we try hard to keep the product line updated frequently.

What is your return policy?
