The cinemizer uses high resolution micro displays (870 x 500) to produce superior image quality while ensuring optimum comfort and versatility. Mobility The cinemizer OLED is designed for mobile use. The integrated rechargeable battery provides power for up to six hours of viewing enjoyment even when away from the confines of your home. For example, while on a flight, you can watch several movies from your iPhone on the cinemizer multimedia video glasses. Connection possibilities The cinemizer multimedia video glasses can be used for various applications. It can be connected to an iPod/iPhone, smartphone with HDMI or analog A/V interface, Blu-ray player, gaming consoles such as PS3 or XBox, PCs & notebooks, and other devices. This is all made possible by an HDMI adapter, a video cable (yellow cinch) and the optional iPod/iPhone adapter. Diopter adjustment Eyeglass wearers can configure their prescription from -5 to +2 diopters in each eye via the setting wheel. Rich colors OLED displays create crisp images with very vibrant colors, true black and thus very good contrast.   1. Didn’t work out for me, but still a pleasant experience. I was excited to give the new Cinemizer OLED a try, having been watching reviews of it, along with some of the emerging competition in the HMD market. Once received, I made all the connections to my PC and checked for any updates in firmware. The un-boxing and connecting were not difficult. These slip on and off like glasses. Best HMD on the market right now compared to Sony and Oculus I have owned many different HMDs, from recent ones (Sony HMZ T2 and the Oculus Rift Dev Kit) to old ones (Virtual IO glasses and Forte VR headset, Phillips Scuba) to name a few.Don’t let the silly pictures in the press release for the Cinemizer of a guy in a hard hat and a child at a dentist fool you.
